Standard Callout
Standard hours, Mon–Fri 8am–5pm. Covers travel within our core area, diagnostics and the first hour of labour on site.
Ongoing Labour
Charged in 30-minute increments after the first hour. Fixed quotes available for larger installs and planned projects.
Out of Hours
Evenings & Saturdays charged at 1.5× standard rates. Nights, Sundays and bank holidays at 2×. We're on call when you need us.
Parts & Materials
Sourced trade and quoted before fitting — you approve the cost before we order.
Mileage
Travel within Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Gosport and surrounding area is included. Further afield charged at 60p/mile.
Service Contracts
Annual PPM contracts for supermarkets and commercial sites — predictable cost, catches faults early, priority callouts.
VAT
Prices shown exclude VAT. Standard 20% added where applicable.

How quickly can you attend a breakdown?
We aim to respond as quickly as possible — same-day and emergency callouts are available depending on location and current jobs. Call us and we'll give you an honest ETA.
What types of systems do you work on?
Walk-in chillers and freezers, multi-deck supermarket display cases, display chillers and counters, cold rooms, cellar cooling, ice machines, and air conditioning units — commercial and supermarket.

Are you qualified?
Yes — fully F-Gas certified (legally required to handle refrigerant gases) and 10+ years of hands-on experience across commercial and supermarket refrigeration.
What does a repair cost?
Initial callout is £120 (includes the first hour of labour and diagnostics). Ongoing labour is £65/hr after the first hour. Parts are quoted before work begins, with fixed quotes available for larger jobs. Out-of-hours rates apply evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes — planned preventative maintenance contracts tailored to your equipment and usage. Catches issues before they become breakdowns and keeps your running costs lower.
